Words from the Ether is a conduit for my day-to-day writing comprising poetry, short stories, and general observations of everyday life. Underpinning my 'shorter' writing over the last few years has been my first attempt at a full-length novel, an extract of which you can find here.

To use a well-worn cliché, I have always written. The story I remember the most - and which has long disappeared - is the science-fiction short story I wrote at age ten. It was about Earth being attacked by an army of giant Brussels sprouts from a far-off planet (my English teacher gave me A* for it). I'd like to be able to recall some of the story and rewrite it at some point!
